To function in a cyber-physical world, everyone, particularly graduates must be proficient in 21st century workplace non-technical skills.
Our initiatives empower secondary, college students, and individuals already in the labor market to reskill for diverse job roles shaping a future-ready workforce, while upskilling to improve existing skills so they become actively proficient as they learn in school and throughout life.
We are developing competent individuals through training to meet the strong demand for digital and non-technical social skills in organizations. We equip participants with the resiliency to effectively navigate rapidly advancing technology transformations so they're capable of functioning responsibly and sustainably.
BACKGROUND
Despite a solid upbringing, I faced emotional pain within my family. Holding everything inside only intensified my emotions. It wasn't until late adolescence that I realized my struggles were internal. My challenge was overcoming obstacles both at home and outside. How did I do it? By developing a strong sense of self and clarity. You can too.
An unwavering trust in God, instilled by my grandmother, led to my emotional and spiritual growth. I took control of my thoughts and emotions. Every day, we battle the emotions that try to hold us back. Like a butterfly transforming from a caterpillar, you can rise from the ashes and create something beautiful. Use the dark times as stepping stones to reach greater heights.
I've been blessed with mentorship, friendship, and love in all areas of my life. This allowed me to become an instrument of peace, helping others find their path to fulfillment. My greatest accomplishment is achieving peace and living a purpose-driven life.

Our mission
is to empower all students and adults to thrive educationally, socially, and professionally through inclusive non-technical skills where everyone feels valued and heard. We support students, parents, and guardians in navigating ADA accommodations for equal access in higher education and employment opportunities.
